Who Am I???
Well
that is a very good question!
My
name is Kris, that's an obvious, and I'm 17yrs. old. I am a Junior in high
school, and am quite successful in all classes. I live in the Evergreen
State and am in the most rainy part. Olympia, Tacoma area.
I love to do mechanical work on anything that has an engine, or has the possibility of having an engine. Over the summer of '98 I took a Custom Painting and Body class through the NMVSC, which stands for New Market Vocational Skills Center. A great school, and for Custom Painting, a great teacher.
My hobbies are to work on my two Checker Aerobusses. For those of you who don't know what a Checker Aerobus is, here is a description. The Checker Aerobus is a twenty-four foot long vehicle, originally designed to carry between 12 and 15 passengers and their luggage, to the airport. Now the Aerobus is a collectors item. To the best of my knowledge, and what research I have done, there were only 218 Aerobusses made in 1969, and 195 Aerobusses made in 1964.
If you haven't got the clue yet I have a '64 and a '69 Aerobus. The '64 Aerobus has a 318 wide block 4brl, with a three on the tree turbo transmission. The '69 has a 327 Corvette Special 4brl, with a three speed overdrive turbo auto transmission.
Another of my hobbies is to work continuously with my dog, training her for Search and Rescue, or otherwise known as (SAR) I am currently with a training program called Cascade Dogs. Well that is about it for me.
