I have been a carpenter for most of my career straying occasionally to sell insurance or tending bar in the winter, but always returning to the construction field. I served my apprenticeship with various companies in Tacoma Washington working as a remodel, residential, and commercial carpenter. So I feel I am very familiar with the building process. I injured my arm and had to retrain so with a lot of thought I decided on real estate this keeping me close to the trade I have enjoyed over the years. I enjoy helping people and looking at houses so I feel this career change will be one I will really excel at. After starting to work for Cowlitz & Lewis County Real Estate I was put through an intensive training program in which I was taught how to help in choosing the right property, making an offer, negotiating, financing, mortgage rates, moving, and everything involved in making an informed real estate decision.
