Event Hosting
at Monarch

The park
and its facilities are available for rent for special occasions such as
weddings, receptions, parties, family or company picnics. Contact
us for more information on prices and
availability.
  
Packages we offer:
Monarch Gardens: 2 hr. minimum $50 per hour ($35 for each additional hour)
Outdoor Pavilion and Gardens: 2 hour minimum $75 per hour ($35 for each
additional hour)
Papillon Gallery and Courtyard: 4 hour minimum $100 per hour ($30 for each
additional hour)
Note: We offer only the space. Nine tables and 40 chairs are available free of
charge for the courtyard.
Eight
round tables at $10 each are available for the indoor space (Chairs must be
provided.)
Cutlery, linens, glassware, china, serving dishes etc. must be provided
by the client.
If liquor is to be served, the rental party must procure and show proof of
Liquor license at least one day prior to the event.
Payment: Down payment of half the fee is required at time of placing the
reservation and is not refundable. At this time, a Security Fee
of $500 for evening events and $250 for day events is required. It is
refundable if no damage has occurred.
The final payment is due the week prior to the event.
Insurance: Monarch carries Liability Insurance, but all parties must show proof
of
a homeowner’s liability policy prior to the day of the event.
Evening events must end by 10pm. Clean up must be completed by 11pm.
